Year 6 Wild West Boarding Party

The Wild West came to Cheam on Wednesday evening when, with lots of energetic yee-haws and happy faces, an enthusiastic crowd of cowboys and cowgirls arrived for a delicious Western-themed supper, before racing to the Sports Hall where an exciting array of giant inflatables and a bucking bronco were ready and waiting for them. Energy and good-humour abounded whilst for two hours Year 6 jumped, ran, cavorted and shindigged, no doubt celebrations aided by the end of pre-tests! Then it was upstairs to change out of Stetsons and Ropers, shower and get into PJs and slippers. The children enjoyed some time in Mountbatten and were well and truly ready for their beds by the time bedtime came! It was a fabulous night; well done to all of the children, and many thanks to the  boarding staff for laying on such a fun time for Year 6!
