Year 4 | Persuasive Devices

Year 4 are continuing to enjoy their work on Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory! The children started the week with some chocolate tasting and recorded adjectives to describe different chocolate bars and their ingredients. Then they moved on to designing their own Willy Wonka creation – a brand new chocolate bar! We finished by exploring persuasive devices and writing a speech to persuade others to purchase our chocolate bars. Now, we just need a real chocolate factory to create them!
