Year 2 Play in a day | The Selfish Giant

It has been another very busy week this week in the Pre-Prep and the focus, particularly in Year 2, has been Teamwork! On Tuesday and Wednesday the children in 2F and then 2C started, rehearsed, made props for and performed their Play in a Day, The Selfish Giant. This was a real exercise in listening to each other and watching their teachers, not to mention giving the odd nudge to one of their friends who had forgotten it was their turn to speak! Both classes really impressed the teachers with their ideas and their enthusiasm for the project and for their confidence at the end of the day.
