The U11 girls team picked up where the U13’s left off this week with an outstanding performance for the IAPS Regionals down at Bryanston on Wednesday afternoon. The girls dominated the day from the get-go with some convincing wins in the opening group stages, beating Sandroyd 8-0 and finishing off with a 4-0 win over West hill Park. Next up we had Port Regis in the Cup quarter final where the girls got off to a flyer and saw out a comfortable 4-0 win. The girls had another dominant display in the semi-final against Farleigh with a 3-1 win to take the girls into the final against St Neots. The girls stayed calm and collected in the final against St Neot’s to record and 1-0 win to take 1st place and qualify for Nationals down at Millfield in November. What a week it has been, well done to all the girls for all their hard work.
