Respiration and Fermentation in Yeast

Year 7 had a lot of fun investigating the effects of yeast on Thursday. They focussed on carbon dioxide production by respiration and fermentation. One class made bread dough and left it to rise. The next class shaped it, proved it and then they baked it and reaped the rewards!
