Poetry Evening delights and entertains

The Prep School Poetry Evening was a wonderful way for Cheam to continue to mark World Poetry Week. Children in Years 6 to 8 had crafted their own poems in English lessons, on the theme of ‘choice’. The pupils had the opportunity to perform their poems to pupils and visiting parents in the Chapel. They did so with confidence, poise, enthusiasm and wit! A number of staff also recited their favourite poems.
