As part of our novel study this term, Year 7 have been learning about the context of Goodnight Mister Tom. This week we wrote scripts for a radio broadcast aimed at encouraging parents to evacuate their children out of the cities and into the safety of the countryside. We then recorded these and gave the final version a bit of ‘authentic’ post-production!
