Japanese Themed Rugby World Cup Party | Cheam School

To celebrate the rugby World Cup the Boarding House hosted a Japanese themed party on Tuesday night. The chefs cooked up a splendid meal and the children enjoyed ebi katsu, beef teriyaki and we also had some sushi! It was a lovely meal and a great start to the party. After the meal all 100 children packed into the chapel where we started off proceedings by playing clips from 10 different national anthems. This certainly got their voices into action! We then played ‘A Minute To Win It’ style games. These included ping pong scoop, the post it note challenge, the chocolate after eight game and hanging nails! It was great fun and all the children enjoyed themselves. Lots of effort went into the fancy dress and it was great to see so many of our boarders getting into the spirit of things! Fingers crossed for an exciting end to the Rugby World Cup!Flickr album: World Cup 2019 | Height: auto | Theme: Default
