The School, IT and Food Councils met today to share ideas and discuss various aspects of school life and learning. At Cheam, pupil voice is very important and empowers students to express their thoughts, opinions, and needs. As a result, the children feel valued, heard, and involved in decision-making processes creating an inclusive and collaborative learning environment. The pupils also learn how to maturely discuss and negotiate a wide range of matters surrounding school life, while gaining the confidence to sound out their ideas and develop them in collaboration with staff and their peers.
