Buster Ancient Farm

Year 4 had an excellent trip to Butser Farm on Monday. In their History lessons they are learning about Celts so this was a real insight in to how they lived. They had the opportunity to see some Celtic roundhouses and learn how they were made. They also visited the Roman Villa which will be our topic next term. The day was made complete by chanting a Viking battle cry which the children loved – a great educational adventure for Year 4!
