Year 2 | Habitats Research

In Science this week, 2D put their teamwork skills to the test. They have been exploring different habitats such as the Ocean, Rainforest, Arctic and Desert. The children worked in groups, using the iPad and non-fiction books to find out interesting facts about each place. They have learnt that animals adapt to their habitats and require food, drink, warmth, shelter, protection from predators and a safe place to raise their offspring.
