Fractions

This week 2F have continued with their work on Fractions. They have explored halves, quarters and thirds. They sorted written fractions and shape images into unit and non-unit fractions. The children understand what the numerator and denominator are and were really good at counting how many equal parts altogether and shaded to form their own written fractions.
