A fun filled STEM day for Years 5 and 6 took place this week. The day kicked off with an explosive science show in the Chapel, followed by a DT workshop to make rockets. There was huge excitement as the groups tested and fired the rockets outside.After lunch the children made fan powered cars with plenty of testing and re-modelling involved. Well done to Arabella, Lula, Darcey, and Cara who won the race at the end of the day!!! Celebrating all things Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths was inspiring and exciting in equal measure!
